On January 28, 2014, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met with outgoing Togolese Ambassador to China Nolana Ta Ama. Zhang Ming appraised the contributions Ta Ama has made to promoting the development of China-Togo relations, and stressed that China is willing to work with Togo to further deepen the traditional friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
